Playa Arrimadero

A really well connected area on the Veraguas, Pacific coast of Panama just beyond Tigre los Amarillos and San Lorenzo. and is situated on the southern part of the Sona Peninsular, in the Gulf of Chiriqui.

The holding is divided into three four principle areas: Arrimadero. Playa El Banco y Playa Gorgona-Amantes, all of them together have a total a rea of 214.03 HCT, and a coastal area of 124.332,13 M2.

It is used as a logistics base for the group: a dock was built there some five years ago and the Group holds approximately 214 hct in the area including prime beach holdings in all four areas as well as one of the oldest land titles in Panamá which includes both areas of mangler and concession area down to the high tide line (Playa El Banco).

Access is by road direct to the dock area. Arrimadero can be reached by car using the track behind the beach and the other areas Playa El banco and Gorgona – Amantes, require a 3 minute boat ride to get there.

 Regarding the area, apart from the beaches themselves, the infrastructures available there is a growing  tourist reputation with its proximity to Coiba, internationally recognised Surf and Diving etc., and apart from our work for years of cleaning, environmental conservation, employment of people from the town, land security and consolidation, what has also really been improved a lot also in the area is the headquarters of the Aeronaval who,  in recent times, have contributed in a very significant way, to the general atmosphere of the area, security and tranquillity.

Behind the point at the West end of the Bay, protected and with beautiful views of open sea and the Gorgona-Amantes beach and hills. Currently in the title process and with water and electrical supply to the plot the actual build area within the total plot would be approx. 1500 m2. A beautiful site for a family home, quiet retreat and the sensation of a private beach.

Arrimadero: DNTR-412-2015 (17/11/2015) This process is ongoing. It is an isolated plot and very well situated which we have valued at approximately 80 – 100.000 $US. The cost of title, when adjudicated will be US$ 4,306.05
