A really well connected area on the Veraguas, Pacific coast of Panama just beyond Tigre los Amarillos and San Lorenzo. and is situated on the southern part of the Sona Peninsular, in the Gulf of Chiriqui.
The holding is divided into three four principle areas: Arrimadero. Playa El Banco y Playa Gorgona-Amantes, all of them together have a total a rea of 214.03 HCT, and a coastal area of 124.332,13 M2.
It is used as a logistics base for the group: a dock was built there some five years ago and the Group holds approximately 214 hct in the area including prime beach holdings in all four areas as well as one of the oldest land titles in Panamá which includes both areas of mangler and concession area down to the high tide line (Playa El Banco).
Access is by road direct to the dock area. Arrimadero can be reached by car using the track behind the beach and the other areas require a 3 minute boat ride to get there.
Regarding the area, apart from the beaches themselves and the infrastructures available there is a growing tourist reputation with its proximity to Coiba, internationally recognised Surf etc. and apart from Additional to our work for years of cleaning, environmental conservation, employment of people from the town, land security and consolidation, what has also really been improved a lot also in the area is the headquarters of the Aeronaval who, in recent times, have contributed in a very significant way, to the general atmosphere of the area, security and tranquillity.
On the East side of the bay two beautiful beaches, with approved title adjudication, either side of a headland and which are backed and protected by the rolling hills and primary and secondary forest of approximately 53,5 hct, protected and with beautiful views of open sea and the Playa El banco and Arrimadero beach and hills. A fantastic opportunity to own a beautiful and unique beach – hill combination.
The Playa Gorgona / Amantes titling process amalgamated the two areas of coastal land under the file No DNTR-157-2013 (Playa Gorgona). This file has a Letter of Communication notified since May 7, 2021, adjudicating the title to the company. The title is divided into two areas of 1,74 hct and 6,53 hct.
