Playa Juana

Playa Juana is a place of untouched beach and land within and area called Cativon and is situated on the Pacific coast of Panama in the province of Veraguas, on the southern part of the Sona Peninsular, in the Gulf of Chiriqui and is a 10 minute boat ride from Bahia Honda.

It is a remote rural costal site. The land behind the beach is titled and represents a fabulous and
unique opportunity to be part of and live within an important ecosystem with highly valuable natural
capital stocks and ecosystem services that need to continue to be protected and enhanced.
A pristine natural environment with no negative human impact.

The proximity and the primary land connection to the UNESCO protected Coiba National Park  signifies being involved  in an environmentally pristine and highly valuable area with easy access to Coiba. Boat access is from the Santiago side, via the harbour at San Lorenzo (Playa El Banco) and takes c 45 mins. It is also 20 mins by helicopter from Santiago.

The two coastal area titles (Areas 1 & 4) afford security and protection for the whole beach front.

This area has the title request  (File Nº AL-1449-2007 (30/11/2007).

Using the Map reference, the land area 131 is what is for sale. The ex-owners and our employees,
Father and son Hernandez have also to the right the remaining 100hct of the “finca madre”  that they
now want to sell off.

This would give the purchaser the coastal rights of possession to the whole of the Cativon bay area.
